3. Digital Proofing & Prepress Approval

Prior to printing custom-configured jobs, our prepress team inspects your artwork and may supply a digital soft proof via email or WhatsApp. Customer approval of the digital proof is final and legally binding. 5. Industrial Print Standards & Technical Tolerances

Commercial printing involves mechanical presses and physical paper substrates. By ordering, you acknowledge standard industry tolerances:
  • Color Variance (CMYK vs. RGB): Computer screens display emitted RGB light, while commercial presses print subtractive CMYK inks. Normal visual color difference within +/- 5% to 8% between monitor preview and physical paper is commercially standard.
  • Cutting & Bleed: High-speed guillotine paper cutters have an accepted tolerance of +/- 1.5mm. Important artwork elements must remain within safe margins.
  • Substrate & Paper Weight: Paper mills operate within standard weight variations of +/- 5% in GSM caliper and surface sheen.

6. Pricing, GST Invoicing & Payment Gateway

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated and displayed prior to payment under relevant HSN codes (4911 for commercial print, 4820 for stationery). A formal GST Tax Invoice is generated for every order.
Razorpay Payment Gateway Security: Payments are processed in full through Razorpay via secure UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, or verified EMI partners.
