Artwork Preparation & File Setup Guidelines
- ✓ Card Canvas Sizing: Set file dimensions to 88.6 × 57.0 mm (allowing 1.5 mm bleed around the 85.6 × 54 mm finished trim).
- ✓ Portrait vs Landscape: Both vertical (portrait) and horizontal (landscape) orientations are supported. Ensure slot punch hole location is factored into the design.
- ✓ High-Resolution Staff Photos: Staff photographs should be minimum 300 × 400 pixels at 300 DPI with plain white or light blue backdrops.
