You have two simple options on every product page: (1) Upload Your Design: If you already have artwork (PDF, AI, PSD, CorelDraw or high-res JPG), simply upload it with your paper and finishing choices. (2) Request Design: If you need our designers to create artwork for you or want to use a Template ID from our library, enter your text content or upload a brief document. Our team shares a digital PDF proof for your approval before printing begins.
We recommend press-ready PDF files with 300 DPI resolution, CMYK color space, and a 2mm to 3mm bleed on all sides. Keep all important text, logos, and contact details at least 3mm to 4mm inside the trim line (safe margin). Fonts should be converted to curves/outlines.
Yes, 100%. Our prepress engineers check every file for resolution, trim marks, bleeds, and ink values. Within 24 hours of your order, we send a digital PDF proof directly to your WhatsApp and Email. Printing only begins once you review and formally approve the proof.
Standard production takes 2 to 3 working days from digital proof approval. Premium finishes (Spot UV, Gold Foil, Debossing) require 3 to 4 working days. We ship via express air and surface couriers (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC) with tracking details shared upon dispatch.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, cutting error, incorrect paper stock, or color discrepancy inconsistent with your approved proof, simply notify us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly reprint and dispatch your order at zero extra charge, or issue a complete refund.
