Shipping & Delivery Policy

Production lead times, reinforced protective packaging standards, courier partners, and pan-India doorstep transit information.
Pan-India Doorstep Dispatch: Every order produced at SR Creative Craft undergoes multi-point quality inspection and protective industrial packaging before handover to our express logistics network.

1. Production Timelines (Prior to Dispatch)

Production begins immediately following successful pre-flight artwork verification or digital proof approval by the customer:
  • Standard Commercial Print Products (2 to 3 Business Days): Visiting cards (standard matte/gloss), single-sheet flyers, letterheads, brochures, and envelopes.
  • Specialty & Multi-Stage Finishing (4 to 6 Business Days): Spot UV, raised metallic foil stamping, velvet touch lamination, CR80 PVC ID cards with lanyards, hardcover corporate diaries, saddle-stitched catalogs, roll-up standees, and vinyl banners.

2. Estimated Delivery Transit Times

Once your order is dispatched from our Mumbai print facility, transit times depend on the destination PIN code:
  • Tier 1 Metro Cities (2 to 3 Working Days): Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Regional Cities (4 to 6 Working Days): State capitals, district headquarters, and regional industrial hubs.
  • Special / Remote Destinations (6 to 8 Working Days): North-East territories, Jammu & Kashmir, and remote postal zones.

3. Courier Partners & Protective Packaging

We partner with premier express logistics carriers across India, including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post. Every order is packaged using:
  • Moisture-resistant poly wrap or bubble cushioning to guard against moisture.
  • Rigid 5-ply corrugated craft cartons with reinforced corner edge protectors to prevent paper denting.
  • Heavy-duty security tape to detect parcel tampering during transit.

4. Live Tracking Information

As soon as your shipment is handed over to the courier, an automated dispatch notification containing the Air Waybill (AWB) number and direct carrier tracking link is sent to your registered mobile number via SMS and email. You can also monitor live fulfillment status inside your My Account dashboard.

5. Delivery Protocol & Damaged Parcel Instructions

Please inspect the exterior condition of the carton upon arrival.
