To provide high-quality customized printing and fulfill orders efficiently, we collect:

- Print Assets & Data: Uploaded design artwork, vector brand logos, high-resolution imagery, and institutional databases (such as employee/student spreadsheets used for personalized ID cards or certificates).
- Technical Information: IP address, device operating system, browser type, and standard session cookies essential for shopping cart functionality.
2. Proprietary Artwork & Document Confidentiality
We understand that your design files represent proprietary corporate assets and brand identity. All uploaded artwork, documents, and spreadsheets are stored on private, encrypted server partitions accessible solely to authenticated prepress technicians. Customer artwork files are never indexed by search engines, never publicly exposed, and never shared or sold to external third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
3. Payment Processing & Razorpay Gateway Security
All electronic transactions on SR Creative Craft are executed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway.
• Zero Storage of Financial Credentials: SR Creative Craft never stores, views, captures, or retains credit card numbers, debit card details, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on any internal server or database.
• Security Certification: Payments are processed via 256-bit SSL encrypted channels under strict PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance (the highest global standard for payment security).

4. Third-Party Sharing for Order Fulfillment
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data. Disclosures are strictly confined to:
- Logistics Partners: Sharing your name, delivery address, and contact number with premier courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post) solely for dispatch, transit, and doorstep delivery.
- Statutory Authorities: When required by Indian law, judicial summons, or GST regulatory audits.
5. Data Retention & User Rights
We retain order history and print configuration specifications to facilitate simple 1-click reordering in your customer dashboard. You have the right to inspect, update, or request permanent deletion of your account and uploaded artwork by submitting a written request to support@srcreativecraft.in.
